In this bath kit there are 3 large pieces of Elite Shungite and 1 large piece of Smokey Quartz. You want to add these to the bath as soon as you start to run it (Ideally add half a bag of Himmalayan/ Epson salt/dead sea salt) but that is personal prefernce.
